Lillian encourages all class participants to embrace their Yoga or Pilates ‘at their own pace’. What one person wants to get out of a class may be totally different for someone else. We are all unique and have different needs at different times.

 

Also, what you need from a  weekday morning yoga class maybe totally different from what you want out of your Friday afternoon Pilates class. It’s important to be aware of how you are feeling and take part accordingly.

 

Lillian aims to cater for the individual’s needs and offers a range of modifications and variations.  Class duration is 1 hour.

What to bring to Class?

  • A bottle of water

  • Yoga mat/Pilates mat

  • Towel

  • Loose fitting clothing (but not baggy) that allows you to move and stretch

  • Bare feet

  • An empty tummy (if able, do not eat 2 hours prior).

 

Class Etiquette

  • Leave your shoes at the door

  • Turn your mobile off

  • Bring a towel

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to class

  • Go to the bathroom before class or during rest poses

  • Don’t leave class early

Private Classes

If the scheduled times above do not suit you, you might consider private classes. 

These are perfect for busy people or small groups who want specialised instruction either in their home or at a nominated venue.

These classes are a great way to improve your personal development and address your specific needs taking into consideration your physical ability, present/past injury, age, commitments, medical conditions or time constraints.
