If you would prefer to have a one to one session with Lillian prior to commencing a class or instead of attending a class, please Contact Lillian.  One to One sessions focus entirely on your body and how you hold yourself up.  It is great for understanding areas of discomfort or tension and is excellent for your posture, which is vital as we grow. No matter how long we have been in a body, we can always learn more about our true home, the space we alone occupy, and that is our body.
